These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pursuon.com (the "Site"), operated by PURSUON, Inc. ("PURSUON," "we," "us"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTCID: AITX).
These Terms apply to the Site only. They do not govern PURSUON products or services. Separate written agreements between customers and PURSUON or its authorized providers govern purchased, leased, or subscribed solutions, and nothing on the Site modifies those agreements. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date when changes are posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Site at any time without notice or liability, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be available or uninterrupted.
The Site does not currently require an account. You may use it for lawful purposes to learn about PURSUON and contact us. You may not violate applicable law; attempt unauthorized access; probe or test security vulnerabilities; interfere with the Site's operation; use automated scraping tools other than compliant search crawlers; harvest information about visitors; frame Site content; send unsolicited commercial messages; reverse engineer software available through the Site; or submit false information. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.
PURSUON, ROAMEO, SARA, and RADSOC are trademarks of PURSUON, Inc., its parent, or its affiliates, and may not be used without prior written permission. Other marks belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and, where offered, download and print Site content for internal business or personal reference. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative works require our written permission. Media may use materials from our media kit under the terms provided with it.
When you submit a demo request, contact form, or signup, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant PURSUON the right to use feedback and suggestions without obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality. Submitting information through the Site does not create a confidential or contractual relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
We work to keep product information accurate, but specifications, capabilities, availability, configurations, and pricing change. Site content is general information, not an offer, warranty, or procurement specification. Images and demonstrations may show optional configurations or prototypes, and actual performance depends on deployment conditions. Written customer agreements contain the authoritative product descriptions.
The Site may contain forward-looking statements about PURSUON and its parent company, Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., including statements about future products and business plans. These involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and Site content is not investment advice. Investors should review AITX's official SEC filings. Promotions may have separate official rules that take precedence over these Terms. Where no separate rules exist, participation is governed by these Terms, and any offered items are provided as-is with no warranty.
Site content is not legal, regulatory, security, engineering, insurance, or investment advice, and it does not account for the specific circumstances of your site, organization, or risk profile. Obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on Site information.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses. You assume all risk of use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PURSUON will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PURSUON, its parent, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
Send copyright infringement notices to the legal contact address below, marked Attn: Copyright Agent, including: a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact details; a good faith belief statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy and authorization. We respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and may remove material or terminate repeat infringers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
PURSUON products may be subject to US export control and sanctions laws. If you are located in a sanctioned country or appear on a restricted party list, you may not access the Site or request product information.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction, including in connection with a merger or acquisition. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings, except for separately signed product or service agreements. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
