This Privacy Policy describes how PURSUON, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. ("PURSUON," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information.
This policy covers pursuon.com, including visits that arrive through radm.ai, which redirects to pursuon.com. It works alongside our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service. It does not cover data collected by PURSUON security systems deployed at customer sites (ROAMEO, SARA Agentic AI, and the RADSOC dashboard), which is governed by the agreements between the customer and their authorized provider; data practices of third-party sites we link to; or job applications, which are handled by an applicant tracking provider under its own policy.
Information you provide. Name, business contact details, company name, job title, and country or region when you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to updates, download content, or register for an event.
Information collected automatically. IP address, general location, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, visit timestamps, and cookie identifiers. We do not seek your precise location.
Information from third parties. Data from advertising platforms, business data providers, event organizers, and business-to-business visitor identification services that help us understand which companies visit our site. We do not carry out visitor identification for visitors we detect in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
To respond to demo, sales, and support requests; provide requested publications and event notices; send marketing communications where permitted; route inquiries to the right team or authorized provider; operate, measure, and improve our advertising and the site; maintain security and prevent fraud; and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We use cookies, pixels, and tags to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Our site uses services including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Statcounter, HubSpot, and Retention.com for these purposes. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-outs where required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws define "sale" or "sharing" more broadly to cover certain advertising and analytics activities; where they do, the rights in Section 7 apply.
We disclose personal information to service providers that support hosting, analytics, advertising, marketing automation, visitor identification, and security (including Webflow, Cloudflare, Google, HubSpot, Statcounter, and Retention.com); to authorized providers, including dealers and integrators, so the right team can respond to a regional or deployment inquiry; to entities in our corporate group, including Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc.; to legal recipients when required by law, subpoena, or court order; and to parties to a corporate transaction under confidentiality protections.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, control cookies through your browser settings and our site controls, opt out of interest-based advertising, and contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
United States. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection.
The legal bases we rely on are: contractual steps and legitimate interests for demo, sales, and support responses; consent or legitimate interests for marketing; consent for analytics and for advertising and retargeting; legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention; and legal obligation for legal compliance.
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. Inquiry records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus a reasonable period; records required by law are retained as the law requires.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
When personal information is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
